Pengepungan Budapest atau Pertempuran Budapest ialah kepungan selama 50 hari oleh pasukan Soviet dan Romania ke atas ibu negara Hungary iaitu Budapest, menjelang penghujung Perang Dunia II. Sebahagian daripada Penyerangan Budapest, kepungan ini bermula apabila Budapest, yang dipertahankan oleh tentera Hungary dan Jerman Nazi, dikepung pada 26 Disember 1944 oleh Tentera Merah dan Tentera Romania. Semasa pengepungan, sekitar 38,000 orang awam terbunuh akibat kebuluran, pertempuran, dan pembunuhan beramai-ramai terhadap orang Yahudi oleh parti pelampau kanan Hungary iaitu Parti Panah Silang.^[8]^[9] Bandaraya ini menyerah kalah tanpa syarat pada 13 Februari 1945. Ia merupakan satu kemenangan strategik bagi pihak Bersekutu dalam kemaraan mereka ke arah Berlin.^[10]
