Sidney James Webb, 1st Baron Passfield, OM, PC (13 Julai 1859 - 13 Oktober 1947) ialah seorang sosialis, ahli ekonomi dan pembaharu British, yang mengasaskan London School of Economics. Beliau ialah ahli awal Persatuan Fabian pada tahun 1884, menyertai, seperti George Bernard Shaw, tiga bulan selepas penubuhannya. Bersama isterinya Beatrice Webb dan dengan Annie Besant, Graham Wallas, Edward R. Pease, Hubert Bland dan Sydney Olivier, Shaw dan Webb menjadikan Persatuan Fabian sebagai masyarakat politik-intelek yang terkemuka di Edwardian England. Beliau menulis Klausa IV pro-nasionalisasi asal untuk Parti Buruh British.
