Keuskupan Sabah ialah sebuah keuskupan Anglikan yang meliputi Sabah dan Labuan di Malaysia. Ditubuhkan pada 1962, takhta tersebut awalnya ialah sebahagian dari Keuskupan Labuan dan kebergantungan yang lebih besar yang ditubuhkan pada 1855.
