Jack McBrayer (/məkˈbrɛər/; lahir 27 Mei 1973) ialah seorang pelakon dan pelawak Amerika Syarikat. Beliau dikenali ketika berpeluang untuk muncul dalam rancangan Late Night with Conan O'Brien atas menerusi wataknya sebagai Kenneth Parcell dalam siri televisyen 30 Rock. Dalam siri itu beliau menerima pencalonan untuk Pelakon Pembantu Lelaki Biasa dalam Siri Komedi di Anugerah Emmy Primetime ke-61.[1] Sepanjang bekerja sama dengan The Walt Disney Company, beliau menjadi pelakon suara watak utama dalam film Wreck-It Ralph dan Ralph Breaks the Internet. Jack juga menjadi pelakon suara dalam siri Wander Over Yonder, Phineas and Ferb, Puppy Dog Pals, dan sitkom ABC, The Middle.
