Christiane (Janni) Nüsslein-Volhard (lahir 20 Oktober 1942) merupakan ahli biologi pembangunan Jerman dan pemenang Hadiah Nobel 1995.
Nüsslein-Volhard memperoleh PhD beliau pada tahun 1974 dari Universiti Tübingen, di mana beliau mengkaji interaksi protein-DNA. Beliau memenangi Anugerah Albert Lasker untuk Penyelidikan Perubatan Asas pada tahun 1991 dan Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan pada tahun 1995, bersama dengan Eric Wieschaus dan Edward B. Lewis, untuk penyelidikan mereka mengenai kawalan genetik perkembangan embrio.[2][3] Beliau menetap di Bebenhausen, Jerman.[4]
