Camarines Sur (Tagalog: Timog Camarinescode: tl is deprecated ) ialah sebuah wilayah yang terletak di Wilayah Bicol di Luzon Filipina. Ibukotanya ialah Pili dan wilayahnya bersempadan dengan Camarines Norte dan Quezon di barat laut, dan Albay di selatan. Di timur terletak wilayah pulau Catanduanes melintasi Saluran Maqueda. Wilayah ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 2,068,244. Ibu kotanya ialah Pili. Ia mempunyai luas 5,497.03 kilometer persegi. Ia diberikan dengan kod kawasan telefon +63 (0)54.

Camarines Sur ialah yang terbesar di antara enam wilayah di Wilayah Bicol baik oleh penduduk dan kawasan tanah. Wilayahnya merangkumi dua bandar: Naga, satu-satunya bandar yang disewa, sebagai pusat agama, budaya, kewangan, komersial, perindustrian dan perniagaan di wilayah; dan Iriga, sebuah bandar komponen, sebagai pusat kawasan Rinconada dan Riŋkonāda Bahasa. Dalam wilayah itu terletak Lake Buhi, di mana ikan terkumpul secara komersial, Sinarapan (Mistichthys luzonensis), dapat dijumpai. Wilayah ini juga merupakan rumah kepada bahasa Isarog Agta yang terancam, salah satu daripada tiga bahasa yang terancam di Filipina menurut UNESCO.
