Zhishi qingnian(Bahasa Cina: 知識青年, "pemuda-pemudi terpelajar"; dipendekkan kepada zhiqing, 知青) merupakan golongan pemuda-pemudi dari bandar-bandar se-Republik Rakyat China yang dihantar ke kawasan pedalaman baik secara sukarela mahupun secara paksa sebagai sebuah rancangan "Gerakan Naik Gunung Turun Desa" (上山下鄉運動, Shàngshān Xiàxiāng Yùndòng) yang berlangsung dalam Revolusi Budaya dari tahun 1950-an sehingga revolusi tersebut berakhir.[1][2]
Majoriti pemuda-pemudi yang terlibat dalam "kegiatan turun padang ini" merupakan lepasan pendidikan asas dan menengah; hanya segelinitr sahaja daripada mereka yang dapat melanjutkan pelajaran ke pendidikan tahap universiti atau tertier.[3]
