Ruth Alas (lahir pada 5 Ogos 1960 di Türi – 23 Januari 2018 di Tallinn) ialah seorang saintis pengurusan dari Estonia. Beliau adalah ketua Jabatan Pengurusan Sekolah Perniagaan Estonia sehingga kematiannya. Alas menulis lebih daripada 100 artikel dan 23 buku teks dalam topik yang berkaitan dengan pengurusan dan perniagaan.[1]

Kerjaya
Alas pernah bekerja sebagai pengaturcara dan perunding. Mulai tahun 1995 beliau adalah pensyarah di Estonian Business School, di mana beliau dilantik sebagai ahli senat pada tahun 1997, dan ketua Jabatan Pengurusan pada tahun 2003.[3] Beliau banyak menulis tentang pengurusan perubahan dalam organisasi.[4]
