Robert Wiene (27 April 1873 – 17 Julai 1938) merupakan pengarah filem senyap Jerman. Beliau lebih dikenali menerusi filem The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. Beliau dilahirkan di Breslau dan meninggal dunia kerana barah di Paris iaitu sepuluh hari sebelum filem Ultimatum beliau tamat pengambaran. Pengarahan filem tersebut telah diambil alih oleh kawan Wiene, Robert Siodmak.
Wiene merupakan pelajar jurusan undang-undang dari Universiti Berlin. Beliau merupakan anak kepada pelakon Carl Wiene dan abang kepada pelakon Conrad Wiene.
