Prosperidad atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Prosperidad merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Agusan Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 90,162 dalam isi rumah 20,869. Ia mempunyai luas 505.15 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 277 meter di atas permukaan laut.
