Nabil Shaban Moher Noghai (12 Februari 1953 - 25 Oktober 2025) ialah seorang pelakon dan penulis Jordan. Beliau turut mengasaskan kumpulan teater Graeae, yang mempromosikan penghibur dari kalangan oku.[1] Di atas panggung, beliau tampil dalam beberapa produksi Teater UK. Di televisyen, dia terkenal kerana peranannya sebagai reptilia Sil dalam Doctor Who. Nabil juga muncul dalam siri web UK 2019, Sil and the Devil Seeds of Arodor.
