Would a Meta admin update this with the new code that I created below? I updated the emoji article exclusions using page titles from Wikidata, and instead of using rcount, it will check for emojis in added lines only but will exclude if there is already an emoji on old_wikitext. I merged the nihongo/unicode text, the unicode blocks category text, and the Spanish-language text into one single condition.

- There are similar shortcuts on the Simple English Wikipedia, English Wikibooks, English Wikinews, English Wiktionary, and indeed on Meta itself, just for its local administrators, so it is quite unusual that A is just a creation-protected test page instead of linking to the globally-relevant page on administrators.
