Jessica Ann Rothenberg (lahir 28 Mei 1987)[1][2] ialah pelakon wanita Amerika Syarikat. Beliau paling terkenal dengan peranan utamanya dalam siri televisyen 2016 MTV, Mary + Jane dan peranan utamanya dalam filem komedi seram 2017 Happy Death Day[3][4], dan kesinambungannya yang dikeluarkan pada 2019, Happy Death Day 2U.[5][6]
Kehidupan awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Rothe lahir di Denver, Colorado, anak pasangan Susan dan Steve Rothenberg.[7] Bapa Rothe ialah seorang Yahudi.[8][9] Neneknya, Colleen Rothenberg, ialah seorang pelakon teater yang berasal dari Santa Rosa, California.[10]
Rothe mengikuti kelas balet ketika berusia 8 tahun.[11] Ketika usia remaja, beliau mengikuti kem teater musim panas di Kansas City.[12] Rothe tamat belajar dari Universiti Boston pada tahun 2009 dengan ijazah sarjana di bidang Seni Halus,[12] dan sepanjang tempoh itu, beliau belajar bermain biola, menari dan membuat tembikar.
