Dingi [din-gi] (bahasa Inggeris: dinghy[2]) ialah sejenis perahu kecil sering dipakai diiringi kapal lebih besar sama ada untuk tujuan penyelamatan atau tender[3] lagi-lagi apabila kapal tidak dapat berlabuh di kawasan sepatutnya seperti pelabuhan atau marina kerana kedalaman atau saiz yang tidak muat.
Perkataan "dingi" ialah kata pinjaman datang daripada bahasa-bahasa Benggali (ḍiṅgi) dan Hindustan (bahasa Urdu: ḍīngī, bahasa Hindi: ḍieṁgī).[4][Note 1]
