Darjah Utama Bakti Cemerlang ialah penghormatan negara Singapura yang diwujudkan pada tahun 1968.[1] Ia diwujudkan bagi menggantikan Pingat Bakti Chemerlang dan dianugerahkan kepada mana-mana orang yang telah melakukan apa-apa perbuatan atau siri perbuatan yang membentuk kelakuan terbilang dalam Singapura.[2] Ia boleh dianugerahkan kepada orang yang melakukan perbuatan terhormat di luar Singapura bagi keadaan tertentu.
Pingat Darjah Utama Bakti Cemerlang dipakai sebagai loket hiasan leher daripada reben. Penerima berhak menggunakan huruf pasca nominal DUBC.[ <span title="This claim needs references to reliable sources. (August 2020)">petikan diperlukan</span> ]
Anugerah yang setaraf bagi bidang ketenteraan ialah Darjah Utama Bakti Cemerlang (Tentera).[3]
