Perbankan pelaburan (Jawi: ڤربڠکن ڤلابورن ) biasanya sebuah perusahaan swasta yang menyediakan pelbagai kewangan yang berkaitan dan lain-lain perkhidmatan kepada individu, perusahaan, dan kerajaan seperti meningkatkan keuangan modal oleh pendiri atau bertindak sebagai pelanggan agen dalam pengeluaran dari sekuriti. Sebuah bank pelaburan mungkin juga membantu syarikat yang terlibat dalam penggabungan dan pengambilalihan (M&) dan menyediakan perkhidmatan sampingan seperti membuat pasaran, perdagangan derivatif dan ekuitas sekuriti, dan FICC perkhidmatan (pendapatan tetap instrumen, wang, dan komoditi).[1][2][3]
