Wilayah Imperial Alsace-Lorraine atau Elsaß-Lothringen (Jerman: Reichsland Elsaß-Lothringen, atau Elsass-Lothringen), merupakan sebuah wilayah yang dicipta oleh Empayar Jerman pada 1871 selepas menyerahkan kebanyakan Alsace dan rantau Lorraine di Moselle ikutan kejayaan dalam Perang Perancis-Prusia. Bahagian Alsace terletak di Lembah Rhein di tebing barat Sungai Rhein dan di timur Pergunungan Vosges. Bahagian Lorraine adalah di hulu Lembah Moselle ke utara Pergunungan Vosges.
