William Howe, Viscount Howe ke-5, KB, PC (10 Ogos, 1729 – 12 Julai, 1814) adalah seorang jeneral Britain yang menjadi panglima tertinggi angkatan tentera Britain semasa Perang Revolusi Amerika, dan merupakan salah seorang dari tiga adik-beradik Howe. Beliau telah dianugerahkan pangkat kesatria selepas kejayaannya pada tahun 1775 yang mana kemudian dikenali sebagai Sir William, dan mewarisi gelaran viscountcy hanya selepas kematian abangnya, Richard pada tahun 1799.
Rekod Howe di dalam peperangan bermula dengan kemenangan serangan yang mahal ke atas Bukit Breed yang juga dikenali sebagai Pertempuran Kubu Bukit dan kejayaan menawan Kota New York dan Philadelphia — yang mana kemudian membawa kesan kepentingan strategik.
